SOS Emergency ! Cannot access to Windows XP

HI,
My HP laptop DV2000 recently got a virus / trojan, after ran through all the anti virus softwares.. the trojan is gone for a moment and come out again..

Then after i restart my computer, i cannot acess to windows XP at all. The booting arrive to the windows bootscreen for a second then blue screen then restart again.

Some times an error messenger pop out " missing /corrupt system32/hal/dll"

I try to solve the problem by replace the Hal.dll but have been unable to do it ..

I try the HP recovery disk - and after I finish the procedures and restart - same problem remain

I try the WindowsXP boot CD and it runs for a while then said that there is no harddisk attached.

I try go to the commond and prompt option but it automatic restart...

SO WHAT CAN I DO ? RUN OUT OF OPTION

I ran the harddisk dianogstic - and the harddisk works fine.

I have important datas in the laptop and dont wan to lose it, that is why i didint try to formate and install a fresh one

PLS HELP
