Reinstall SP3?

I installed SP3 after buying a HD in June. Everything has worked fine on my PC except Windows Movie Maker. I was pondering whether or not to reinstall SP3 in Safe Mode as Admin to see if that will fix whatever is ailing Movie Maker. Am I headed towards a possibly huge headache if I attempt this? (I don't remember how I actually installed SP3.) Would it be better to leave things alone?

FYI: WMM crashes after I import jpg/bmp and wmv and add them to Timeline. WMM worked on my last HD (Pretty sure XP SP3 was installed on last HD).

if maybe, you should reinstall windown... i used to be same you then i reinstall window, too... after everything have worked fine again
