Default PC Anywhere Question

I was logging into some servers using PC Anywhere, and a thought struck me. Does PC Anywhere encrypt the passwords before sending them through a network?

i once used Remotely Anywhere and it used ssh to encrypt passwords. i assume PC Anywhere uses the same thing. check the documentation or its options. you'll find something.
