ok, so i downloaded and installed it. during the first part of the setup, i got a pop up window, that said " setup has determined that "Indeo Audio" is installed on your computer. this is a known bad Direct Show filter that can cause various problems. it is highly recommended to disable it. disable it? yes no well of course i piked yes. but whenever i get something like this, it makes me wonder where i got the file in the first place. and, would the file be a bad thing without the codec pack i just installed.
