driver issue

hi guys, I need some help looking for windows drivers so i can connect and see my new insignia ns-p10a7100 tablet (android version) to my windows 10 pro desktop. Can someone plz help me out with this issue.

I must say that i bought this tablet today, connected to my desktop and laptop and it didnt recognize it. When I brought it back to store, they tried it on their desktop and laptop and it worked fine on both.

Are you just trying to access it's storage from your PC? If so...make sure you drag down on the notification bar, and set the USB mode to PC Transfer and not just "Charge Only" - a lot of Android devices default to charge only now instead of immediately connecting the storage to the PC (for security reasons).
