Why even use that bloatware? Foxit reader does the same thing in a single executable file that's 3 MB, uses less than half (probably even less, I'm not even sure) of the resources, and doesn't have any installation or startup processes.
 
All you need to do is go to start, run, type msconfig and go to startup, disable it and restart, done

I think that he want a batch file, so he can run through a network
