Default Ram, how much?

I have been wondering for a while now, if it is time to get more Ram. Last year it seemed that 1GB of Ram that was overkill, and now it doesn't seem that way. Is it time to move up to 2GB's? My specs are listed below. Also should I choose to get 2GB's should I go for a more expensive set, maybe something that exceeds PC3200?

The only reason to get something higer then PC3200 is if you overclocking. If you not overclocking it just going to run at pc3200 speeds anyway.

I've got 2GB DDR2 (533MHz) which is probably overkill, but it's a nice piece of mind..

Well I am thinking of going with a matched 2x1GB set, since my board only has two slots, which is kind of annoying. Is there a 2GB set you guys would recommend or a specfic manufactuer you guys like? No more value ram please
