Laptop problems

I have a Dell Latitude CPI-A.
I recently bumped the bottom and now it does not charge or run on the battery. It is not a battery issue. I have a second which I tested with the same results.

Any suggestions??

It seems like your option is to have it repaired. I am guessing that something with the power adapter in the lap top was knocked loose or something.
