Default CPU cooling

i need a good CPU cooling system to cool down the athlon 64 system i'm going to build, i do plan to overclock.

I might also recommend you look at:

A buddy of mine has this cooler on his AMD processor and he says it stay real cool.

The other coolers you have listed are good as well. The Frozencpu one looks really funny. Hehe.
