ebay = no no...

never buy hardware from ebay (my opinion..) especially one of the most vital parts of a computer....

what country you live in?

nope, if you buy a generic peace of crap PSU it will just do the same thing as your last PSU or worse.

the cheapest good PSU's are at least about $45, unless you find a sale or after reabte.

your comp would be fine with at least a good 350watt PSU.

Dont know if they accept Paypal or not.. but you can just use a debit card if they dont. all banks nowadays provide them for free.
