PC keeps Reading floppy and beeps Won't Boot

I went to that site to hopefully receive a different answer, but no luck. Same Old Same Old Answer: DRAM refresh failure

Well, it seems the motherboard was faulty. So I am buying a new PC.

yes, RAM errors can be the fault of the motherboard. the DIMM, or the memory controller can be at fault
