Over the past two days, my Windows XP box has been giving me the blue screen and this message:
It happens whenever I start doing something strenuous (such as gaming).
It has been extra hot the past few days, which is why I think it might be related to overheating. Also, I tried dusting it all out and putting a fresh coat of thermal grease on the cpu today, and it made it last a lot long without giving the blue screen.
I have tried all I can to cool this computer. I opened it up and there is a big fan blowing air through it. But it still happens.
Any ideas on how to stop this from happening?
Thanks in advance,
Colin
