New build won't boot first time.

Plug all fans into the fan controller in the back including water cooler. Plug the PWM from the controller into the CPU PWM, and make sure you run power to the controller too. That way there the bios controls all the fans off one hub and you only need to set one controller in the bios to make things easier.
