Computer keeps rebooting

Hey everyone,

Im working on my sister computer. She moved into a new house and the computer worked fine when i shut it down and unhooked it but when I hooked it back up at her new place. The computer gets all the way to where the windows loading bar starts to load itself and then its stops and the computer restarts all by itself. Here are the specs.

HD: IBM Desk Star 20.5

Ram: 640 MB

Motherboard: Intel

CPU: Pentium III

OS: Windows XP Pro

Any Ideas?

Did you try a different outlet in your sister's new place? If that doesn't help then something might have gotten knocked around during the move. I'm not sure what could have gotten knocked around though.
