Increasing the vcore, will only cause the OC to fail, if your temperatures are too high, and the CPU overheats. Where does your vcore stand, as of now?
vcore is currently at 1.4625v and boots up fine (so far) @ 3.92ghz. But when i played games it crashed within 5mins, so i backed it down to 3.84 and I'm about to start a game to see if it still crashes....
