Default Dell Server with RAID 5. HDD upgrade?

I have a PowerEdge 2600 running Windows 2000 Server with a Perc4/DI controller. I have 5 drives, 2 are setup as RAID 1 which contain my OS These two are 18GB drives. The other 3 are setup as RAID 5. These three are 36GB drives. Here's my dilema, I have three new 146GB drives that I want to replace my three 36GB drive with. Once I do that then I want to take two of the 36GB drive and replace the two 18GB drives. All of these are hot-swappable drives. What is my best solution for completing this?

Final setup should be:
RAID 1 = two 36GB drives
RAID 5 = three 146GB drives
