Currently buying Newegg.com - BIOSTAR TForce TP43D2A7 LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

Maybe I can get a little more juice with ~$10 investment?

You can't bold the title, its already bold... haha

Either get this:

Newegg.com - BIOSTAR TForce TP45D2-A7 LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards (the P45 version of your board)

or get the EP45-DS3L Peter recommended

I have a Gigabyte P35-DS3l and it works wonders, I can only guess that the P45 revision is twice as good.

the ds3l is a great choice. I have a p35-ds3r chilling here and it was great for oc'ing my e2200 and can't imagine that the p45 got worse..

also the crossfire on those boards is not half bad for 8x/8x... hardly a -10fps reduction off of the slightly more expensive x38/x48's that have 16x/16x.

Intel P45: The New Chipset Lacks Progress : Eaglelake Has Landed - Tom's Hardware

Tom's Hardware did an article on the P45 boards and compared them with the P35's. There wasn't much of a difference in overclocking.

^^ The Biostar Tpower I45 set the world record with a fsb of 725mhz. I would call that a significant improvement over a p35. Granted that was running phase change but it will still do 600mhz + on air.
