Default For all the ppl who keep asking what G0 stepping is

heres a good breif wiki article that tells you what the core steppings mean:

Stepping (version numbers) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

heres a good article that sums up the G0 steppings performance differance:

X-bit labs - Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6850: Four Cores at Three Gigahertz (page 13)

now stop asking...

According to X-bit labs, AMD 6000+ is a power hungry processor, it consume more power than QX6850 !!!

Ignoring 3DMark06, E6550 and E6600 were better than 6000+ most of the time. Yes I know that you will barely see any difference between these processors in real world performance, but there is no reason to recommend 6000+ when you can get E6550 for similar price. E6550 consume way much less power, and it will overclock way much better if you plan to overclock......
