Videos and Clips from Windows Media Player became all Red and Dark

I reformatted my C: drive and when i tried to play video clips on Windows media player, it was all red and dark. Can someone explain why? Please and Thank you =D

Did you install the latest video card driver? codecs for the video?

what should i get? xD i'm not very good at this, but i can understand if you can tell me =D. I've got Dvix. Does that count?

Right Click on video>Properties>Summary>Advanced: Post a screenshot.

What do you mean latest video card driver? I'm not very good at this, so i came for help. i downloaded a nvidea geforce 6 grapics driver. Is there a driver for video too? I'll go look it up.
