Default 9500GT

My cousin bought a 9500GT, and a E8200 dual core CPU to upgrade his HP computer. His resolution is 1400x900, is that good enough to play recent games like CoD 5 and FarCry2 at a playable framerate?

Depends on the settings, maxed definitely no... my rig struggles to max out either game maxed out with both AA and AF.

Medium settings I think should be possible though.

Alright I think my cousin is fine with that. Will it be medium with AA and AF, or no? I also see you play Soldier Front, do you lag on any of the maps? lol, my cousin used to lag, but I think it'll work fine. He also asked how to play sf in widescreen.

I quit a couple of years back when I used to play religiously.

Medium, no AA nor AF (its for the best believe me..)

I haven't even bothered to try on my new rig, but its really not a good test of how good your PC is, unless you really load there fast, but on that game lag is such an advantage to the player lagging. (especially the hit registering, also there's no Widescreen support, and I doubt they plan on making any)

Cute Cat pic btw
