no a-data ram please,g skill is fairly cheap. and like heister said, wd arn't great if you want something better get a seagate.

WD isn't terrible. It varies from drive to drive. Some WD drives bench faster than Seagate drives. Wasn't the WD 750gb the fastest drive on the market recently short of the 10,000 rpm ones?

Also, of course, the raptors are wd and they are the best.

that ECS mobo/processor looks like a frys electronics combo. I wouldnt expect to overclock with that.

8600 hundred is not so good for a little more not much at all you can get the 9600 hundred....

get an 8800GS, cheaper then the 9600 and the 8800 GT, and blows the 8600GT away.

8800GS is your best bet on that budget id say.
