What should I upgrade next?

What component should I upgrade next, comp is in sig. Probably either proc or video card.

If you're looking to play future games, definitely the graphic card, to an 8800GTS 320mb. And maybe a more powerful PSU. But I think that's sufficient for an 8800GTS.

8800GTS 320MB and maybe Corsair 520HX/620HX? But like b1gapl has said, your FSP 450W should hold up the 8800GTS.
