Default Upgrading to a new cpu and motherboard

Hi I'm looking to upgrade my cpu and therefore I need to upgrade my motherboard as well since both are getting a bit outdated.
I'm working with a budget of about 700eur and would greatly appreciate some advice or recommendations.

Here's my current specs:

Also - if you're able to find the hardware on either one of these Norwegian sites as well, that would be best.

(700eur is about 6500NOK)

Thanks a lot for any kind of help.

Do you need mini ATX or Full ATX?
What is your PSU?

3770k at 4.2GHz? Doesn't need upgrading unless you need specific features.

Personally wouldn't do a 7700k right now, there's not much point.

You'll need new RAM.

Are you gaming or productivity?

Then no, you don't need a new platform. People were using that line when your CPU was new 5 years ago to get kids to upgrade their Core 2 Duos and Pentium Ds.
