get an e4700 instead of the e8400 and it will save you like $100 and will put you at your price range.....

From reading around, it says the 8800GT is a better value card then the 9600GT, is this true?
The kfa2 version has a good cooler so it can be oced past an 8800gt performance. Also i thought you were trying to minimize costs?

Tigerdirect.com has free shipping for Canadians untill May 31st. NCIX.com is mostly cheaper than tiger, but free shipping changes that. directcanada.com is owned by ncix. Directcanada.com has the best prices by far but a horrible selection. Directcanada.com has free ground shipping on orders over $300 and $9.99 air shipping on orders over $100 that weigh under 50lbs.

Hope this helps you save a few bucks or get a part you maybe couldn't have got before.
