Default Restoring Computer

I plan on selling my Windows XP, and I was wondering if there is any easy way to delete every program and preference and restore it to how it was just out of the factory.

Use PC Decrapifier

It makes it like a Fresh Install of XP

Format the drive and reinstall it.
