Default Pre built Computers

I know you guys will hate having to talk about prebuilts, but I just want to know if any one company is truly better than the other quality wise.

depends on what you want out of it. if you want a basic desktop. HP, Dell are good for those... Gaming, I wouldn't suggest any of them, but if I had to say one I would pick HP (Voodoo) myself. but Dell does own Alienware so I guess if you wanted to go with an over priced gaming machine them you could go either way.

haha, I just wanted to know, I am not looking at buying one.

After reading just a few threads on these forums I understand how big of a difference there is between buying a machine and building one.
