Its not just the watts that matter in a psu. Look at the amps that both psu put out and thats where a big difference comes.

but still, I bet you couldnt tell any difference between the two, and there is a $45 price difference. I dont know about you guys but i would rather save $50 than have a really good power supply that noone could tell a difference in.
