Default New Build Recommendation

I would like some help with a new build for a freind and her twelve year old son.

They will need everything, except speakers, to include a 22" monitor and wireless keyboard and mouse.

Main uses for this computer will be internet surfing, school work (12 year old), would like to play Modern Warfare and be a host (I don't know what this is, and if it will be over budget, we won't do it).

Will use windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit, and Office Home and Student.

Would like to stay at around $800.00, without the software, and may be able to fudge upward a little because of the monitor.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks, Fat.Clown.

I ordered the monitor for them.

That was a pretty good deal.
