Default Need help with building a computer

heres the deal im looking to build a computer thats under $250 dollors. Im building it for NO GAMING purposes. Im building it to surf the net, myspace, email, homework, and burning.. I think i want to go intel. The computer i want to buy needs to have everything EXCEPT Ram, Hd Or dvd drives or powersupply (i allready have those laying around in my house)

I want to start off with the case i want to use

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811208009
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811145047

I need suggestions on which motherboard + cpu+ fan to use that best fits the purpose in which i will be using it. I dont want top of the line, but i dont want something that blows up the first day i get it. Also the board must fit with the case(s) listed above.

Links would be helpful.

Remember i would like to keep it under my budget of under $250

thanks guys

I'll sell you my eMachines W2686 - AMD Athlon XP 2600+ (2.1GHz), 512MB PC2100 RAM (Samsung), Xtasy Radeon 9200SE, 80GB Harddrive (Western Digital Carviar SE), FIC AM37 Motherboard, 250W Power Supply. Makes a great net computer, image editing, light gaming. Never had it connected to my home network, had it hooked up on my phone line before I got my DSL. Worked great.

Good machine. I had a W2040 (AMD 2000+) that my wife took over when I got this one. It's still cranking along as a office machine/media center. It still has the AM37, 2000+ and 250W PSU, but I upped it to 1 gig RAM, 160 gig HD, DVD burner, DVD drive, and a MX4000 GFX card.

What would you be asking for that rig, Camo?

This would be PERFECT for what you want to do.... (yeah, it isn't Intel, but there is NO NEED to go intel, besides spending more money).

PC CHIPS M789CG - $55 - Mobo with integrated 2.0 Ghz CPU, onboard GPU, LAN & Sound... plus 2 PCI slots....
G.SKILL 512MB DDR400 - $35 - I know you don't want RAM, but this board uses DDR, not DDR2, not sure which type you have...
APEX TX-380 Micro ATX with 300W PSU - $40

Thats $130 before shipping... $95 if you truely don't need the RAM.

Also, Newegg has a major warehouse in NJ, so shipping to you in NY would likely take a day or two if thats where is is shipped out of. MOST of my parts come from there to Chicago in 3 days or less, sometimes from Kentucky.

I don't know, not much, seein' I have my machine that I plan on keeping for a few years, so I don't really need this one. I guess I'm just open to any reasonable offers.
