That sites most powerful Video card is the 9800 GTX.

Newegg.com - 9800 GTX

You can find the 9800 GTX(+) hovering around $200~. So your actually paying an extra $100 for a performance decrease.

Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

^^^ 4GB (2x2GB) can be had for about $50~.

Getting an ECS board in general is not a great idea... and as Hussein said, the 9800GTX+ is a better deal, on newegg.

You can, but you should disable the onboard in the BIOS.

The board has to have a PCI-E slot, not just a normal PCI slot. If it has more than one, check the manual to see which one is the full speed for one card.
