Looking for a power supply...

I am building a new comp. but I'm not sure what kind of power supply to get. The comp. will consist of:

-Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0Ghz
-Asus EAD 4850
-GIGABYTE GA-EP35-DS3L LGA 775

My friend suggested to get a Rosewill 850W, but I don't need that much, and I don't want to pay $200 for the power supply. Anything under or close to $100 will work.

If your not planning on upgrading much (Crossfire, lots of hard drives) in the future a Corsair 450/550vx.
