what is your favorite meat?

Well, beef I'll cook a bit longer and I like a bit of fat in it, sprig of rosemary and some salted butter in le pan too....mmmmmm. The lamb I'll do pretty quick usually, more rare/medium-rare. Honey and soy works awesome.
 
Bacon... mmmm, bacon.
Also love Pâté (chicken/goose), and roasted Duck.

There is a common theme here, I see now.
Delicious fatty foods!
