We have to allow about 2 seconds between each other, like when the back end of one vehicle passes a sign, your front end has to take atleast two seconds to pass that same sign....

yeah, I bet it evens out to 1 car length per 10mph like DMo was saying though.

I think all 15 - 16 year old kids should be required to take their driving tests in "New York City". They should be required to make their way across midtown in under 3 minutes. If they do with only a minor scratch or dent in under 3 minutes. They pass and get full rights to drive where ever and when ever they want.

Only .1% of those drivers might pass... lol

I hear Los Angeles is fairly similar.
