Why cant kaspersky clean this trojan?

This is ridiculous why do they make virus removal programs if they dont remove viruses? Only fix I've seen involved me going in and editing the registry, yeah Ill get riiiight on that

Could you guys possibly reccomend me what to do if I make a hijack this log for yas? Kaspersky isn't doing anything

Vrtumonde is made to get around virus scanners and protection. There is a removal tool for it as well. A google search would provide answers as well as going thru the Spyware Removal Guide by Osiris like he already suggested.
