undoing network

I have made some major changes with somethings and would like to start fresh with the network how do i get rid of what i have and start over

please explain what it is you are trying to do. The description you gave is VERY vague.... the ONLY answer I can give you right now, undo all your shares, and unplug everything, and re-do it as you want...

thanks for the reply i am not that good with computers so sorry for the vague question but i finally got everything working right.The problem the whole time was the NIC card on my mobo was junk
