proxy prob help

how r u guys,,,,
i need a help in network.... am having a local area connection.... and when i need to use the net i have to go toLAN Settings then i have to proxy number with the port ... but if i want to open some web sites it dosent open which is blocked by the ISP,,, i do put some proxies ,, but if i change the old one then the net dosent open,,, so is there any progrem to use or any other solution for this problem..some advised to use a prog called proxy broker which i couldnt find it..many thanks

if you are tring to access sites that have been filterd by your ISP you could use a CGI/PHP proxy, there is a list on http://proxy.org/cgi_proxies.shtml I am not enterly sure what you are trying to achive that is purely a guess
