How To Remote Access Windows XP from Windows 2000 Advanced Server?

hey have a question...
im trying to setup remote desktop/access so I can remotely administer xp from my win2k adv server and I cant get it to work

I got it to work on the XP machine so i can access the server, thats not the problem
but i want to set up windows 2000 server so i can remotely administer xp

is there something im missing?
i tried everything

open system properties, click remote tab, check allow users to connect remotely to this computer.

click select remote users and pick which users you wish to allow access


with 2000 you'll need to download the client files from MS website

I would like to know what program on the server I can use to connect remotely to winxp machine

ok on the windows xp machine, when im in the select remote users to give access to, the server doesnt show up in the list!?!

but I can see it on the network
I can connect to it
I can remotely administer the server from my xp machine
but not vice versa
