2 PC + 1 internet questions

You need a router, regardless if they're wired or wireless (although I prefer wireless router since they also have ports on the back to hoop up to different PCs if you're using CAT 5 cables).

If you're using DSL, you'll get a DSL modem and some phone jack filters. You still need a router to use with your hub.

what i got here right now is an old 24 port switch hub bought from a friend who use to run a internet cafe

Is it a Switch, or a Hub. They are different types of devices. What is the model number of the piece of hardware you have? As stated, you will need a router to do NAT if you are only getting 1 IP address... or you can have the ICS setup as mentioned. The computer that the connection is shared though WILL have to be on for the others to be able to connect... As mentioned, a router is the best choice.
