Multi Booting

Me and a friend installed Ubuntu studio on my brand new rig today. I would like to keep the linux, as now I can install XP. However I am not to sure on what needs to be done so I can multi boot. We realised it wasn't the smartest idea to install linux first but I dont want to lose all the configuration that has gone into it. What do I do???

Go ahead and install XP on your open hard drive or partition (I just hope you have one). Then, follow these steps to restore the GRUB bootloader so you can dual boot.
