College accreditation?

Hi, I live in California and I am a senior in high school. I get all this junk mail from private schools who are very specialized (only offer 2-3 majors). They offer accelerated programs and the such. However, I know that the reason these schools can offer these programs is because their school is not accredited by any major accreditors. The only real good accreditation I know of for the computer science major is ABET, are there any others that I should know about?

ITT-Tech, which I attend, is accredited by NCICS. University of Art Institute is also accredited by same agency I believe, which makes it good for me cause they should accept each others' credits.
