ok here's for you overclocker,..try this. search for your network connections just as you described above. then right click on the icon..go to properties..click on the networking tab...is if theres any option for QoS Packet Scheduler. if there is ...check the box right next to it and install. not sure if this would work,...you can at least give it a try.
