Halo 2 for PC

I was just wondering where i can get halo 2 for pc WITHOUT using windows vista, I can't find the dang game anywhere. Where can i get it and if i get it do i need to get windows vista as well?

I havent heard any news of Halo 2 coming out for PC, I would assune that with it being old they would just release it DX9, and even if it is in dx10 ( requires vista) you should be able to run it in DX9 mode. (doesn't require vista)

They are releasing DX 9.0L that will emulate DX10, or something like that.

No, that was a rumor, it's just an enchanced version of dx9 for Vista (the L supposibly stands for "longhorn" which was the codename for Vista). Halo 2 will not be DX10 but it WILL REQUIRE Vista to play. As of now there is no plans to release it on XP.
