BF2 Special Forces Online Prob

I installed Special Forces today and everything seemed to have went well. Single Player works fine and all. But when I go to multiplayer and try to play on a server it loads and when I press Join Now it brings me back to the main menu and says I have to revert my settings or something. I know this happens when you try messing with the game but I haven't messed with it at all. I just installed it an hour ago. Do I have to reinstall? If that doesn't work, then what?

Make sure you have the latest patch.

I have the latest patch, I'm gonna go see the error message. I remember it saying something about reverting back to the official version. 1.22

Do i have to reinstall the patch after installing special forces? i installed it before when playing bf2.
