reformatted windows XP and no sound?

I reformatted XP because i had trouble with it...now it works fine
but i have no sound?

I looked in device manager to find out that the audio controller had an
exclamation mark on it! and it says it doesnt have a driver for it
so i clicked on update driver and it still dont work?

what am i doing wrong...the comp is searching for the driver but just cant
find it...so can i get those drivers online

I have a toshiba satellite A60 with windows XP

Go to toshibas website and download the driver for ur model
