Default Work computer Temperature

I have a Dell GX270 P4 3.2ghz comp I use at work. What program can I use to check out the processor temp and case temperatures? Im assuming these sensors are installed on all computers.

and with speedfan, Temp2 is susually the CPU temperature. and if its not temp 2, than its the warmest temperature
