Default Sum Up Question

Okay, recently I got some new computer components, a new motherboard/cpu, ram, vid card, case, and hardrive. I have installed all these properlly into the case as well as my older parts (sound card, cd-rom drive, floppy). So I have a question. Now that nothing is on the hardrive, the first time I boot up the computer what do I do? I believe it will take me to the BIOS. I am lost after that. When do I install the OS, when do I install the drivers for my sound card and vid card, when do I install the driver for the cd-rom (guessing before installing the OS because it boots from a CD). These are the questions I have... Please help me I am really confused!

your bios, youll have to manually hit either shift, delete, or f8 to get in depending on your system. your bios should already have the drivers for your cd rom drive. install drivers after installing windows.
