overclocking my ram??

HTT is Hyper Transport Technology. Although the FSB with Athlon 64s is only 400Mhz DDR, that only serves as the interface to the memory. The HTT is the link from the processor to the rest of the system, which I believe on s939 it is 2 Ghz. Athlon XPs and Intels use their FSB for all data transfer.
 
running a ratio (while not very helpful) will let you stay at same fsb, but up RAM mhz. something like 4/5 will overclock your RAM (might be 5/4...i cant remember what comes first) I suggest running 1:1 though even if it's stock...you lose performance running a ratio.
