New to OC'ing GPU

I've OC'ed my CPU to some extent and know that when the PC crashes pull back a tad and let it go. There was just one number to change, the FSB. But, I take a glance at this GPU OC'ing tool that came with my motherboard and I don't know what all this(pic below) means. If someone could explain how all this works and in what kind of increments I should raise these things or has a link to a guide, that'd be nice.

......yeaaaah this program you have a picture of doesn't control the GPU at all.

You're messing with your CPU's FSB there
 
your just raising the fsb of the whole system when u raise front side bud u speed the whole pc up
