Default 6600GT Core

What is the best 6600GT core out there? Im building a gaming comp and i want a good one.

I assume you mean manufacturer as the core's are the same unless they are pre-overclocked.

eVGA and Leadtek are the best companies out there. XFX are great at overclocking but they have been sterotyped with being DOA.

eVGA seems to be nVIDIA's best friend at the moment, Leadtek puts some huge HSF's on so you can do a fair amount on overclocking. I would say eVGA myself though.

XFX is one of the best for OC'n but BFG is also up there as many of there's come pre-overclocked

The cores are all the same, the nVidia 6600GT is the core.

If its PCIe I reccommend Chaintechs 6600GT(dont get the AGP, there are better models). But you can't ever go wrong with eVGA video cards. Ive never used Leadtek but me likes the HUGE copper heatsinks.
