Laptop Mouse Pad

Using an Everex Stepnote laptop and I'm wonder how to shut the **** mouse pad off/disable it? By the driver? If so, how? By the BIOS? If so, how? Thanks.

Find it in Device Manager and disable it? Just a though.

I just tried, and I don't have the option to disable the PS/2 compatible mouse, and I can't uninstall it, 'cause this ain't my computer.

There is usually a touchpad control center in the control panel on a laptop.

I've looked, can't find it... I haven't yet tried from the BIOS, I'll do that soon.
